Even though they were not the lowest bid, they did quality work in the past and I felt if there were problems, they would fix the issues...and they did. Any concerns I had, any texts or emails I sent were addressed immediately. I felt I got personal attention from everyone I spoke with. Issues with the permit arose after the fact.
