We were very satisfied with the method and materials Gustafson used. We met with Ryan Gustafson for the quote and from the start we were impressed by the experience, knowledge, skills and dedication to service that he demonstrated. This was evident through the survey and proposal process with detailed, and timely electronic, in person and phone responses. Throughout the quoting process all of our queries were answered and discussed in depth in a very timely way. Once the project started, the staff at their office (Aaron, Frank, Matt, and others) managed and performed the work in a very professional and responsive way…. The crews sent in the various stages of the work were very thorough and did their work very efficiently, and cleaned up every day. They put a good focus on the clean-up and were well supervised. It was the same for the demolition and installation crews. John, their Foreman of the demolition crew was on top of all aspects of the work, review of it, and management of the crew. Their Field Manager Andrew is top notch, very responsive, and professional! We cannot say enough on how good the Gustafson team conducted our roof project. The prices were fair and Gustafson provided far superior service and dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and excellence. On many occasions we contacted the office and individuals noted above, and we always received a timely response. It is evident to me that the office staff and crews have good training in their work and the process they want to follow. We did have a small hiccup after the roof tile was laid down, but Gustafson was right their resolving the problem. After the roof was "waterproofed", We had Gustafson Industries paint the exterior , and that staff was also nice, thorough, and amazing to work with. I reached out to Mr. Michael Gustafson, owner and operator of Gustafson Roofing and Painting who had reroof and installed the skylight in my home back in 2006. I’m the new owner of the house which I purchased in 2016 so I didn’t have the documentation for the roofing project. Mr. Gustafson Kindly listening to my problem with the inspector and insurance company, and to my surprise Mr. Gustafson dropped everything he was in the middle of doing to search for these records buried somewhere in archives, and within a couple of hours he emailed all the information I needed with a very nice cover letter offering to assist me further if needed or speak directly to anyone needing further information or clarification. I was so impressed with this company and in particular the President and Owner of Gustafson Industries who totally went out of his way to help a total stranger. This is something that rarely happens in today’s business world, and a rare quality in busy people. As a result of Mr. Michael Gustafson kind efforts I was able to resolve my insurance predicament and receive a rate reduction in my insurance premiums. Thank you Michael for all your assistance and kind gesture. Now I am a big fan and a customer for life.

After inspection, there were a list of things i had to do to the roof and estimate of $700 plus. Evan was very honest and share that although slightly cracked, there was no need for replacement. As a professional roofer he explained to me why. This is very rare to find, someone honest and professional. Anyone looking for a honest company i highly recommend this company.
