My interaction with Gustafson Roofing was as a result of a failed insurance inspection for Wind Mitigation and Open Protection. I had a problem with documentation of an approved device... read more (skylight) without a label. I reached out to Mr. Michael Gustafson, owner and operator of Gustafson Roofing and Painting who had reroof and installed the skylight in my home back in 2006. I’m the new owner of the house which I purchased in 2016 so I didn’t have the documentation for the roofing project. Mr. Gustafson Kindly listening to my problem with the inspector and insurance company, and to my surprise Mr. Gustafson dropped everything he was in the middle of doing to search for these records buried somewhere in archives, and within a couple of hours he emailed all the information I needed with a very nice cover letter offering to assist me further if needed or speak directly to anyone needing further information or clarification. I was so impressed with this company and in particular the President and Owner of Gustafson Industries who totally went out of his way to help a total stranger. This is something that rarely happens in today’s business world, and a rare quality in busy people. As a result of Mr. Michael Gustafson kind efforts I was able to resolve my insurance predicament and receive a rate reduction in my insurance premiums. Thank you Michael for all your assistance and kind gesture. Now I am a big fan and a customer for life.

Gustafson's reputation is such that when I needed to have my roof checked/repaired/replaced to satisfy my insurance company, I automatically called them to do it. That was about 6... read more years ago and I haven't had to call them back since! The paint is still shiny bright white and the roof hasn't been a leak that I've detected. Two kinds of roofing were necessary: cement tile and tar-and-gravel. They handled both easily and economically. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
