2-Leaks. Whether you discover it from the inside or the outside, having a roof leak can turn into a huge problem if a large storm hits. Be sure to call your roofer asap if you have any sort of moderate to severe roof leak.

3-How long has it been since you got your roof replaced. Generally, roofs last anywhere from 20-30 years. If you know you have had the same roof on your home since 1902, you may want to consider having a new roof installed.
