Even though they were not the lowest bid, they did quality work in the past and I felt if there were problems, they would fix the issues...and they did. Any concerns I had, any texts or emails I sent were addressed immediately. I felt I got personal attention from everyone I spoke with. Issues with the permit arose after the fact. The crews sent in the various stages of the work were very thorough and did their work very efficiently, and cleaned up every day. They put a good focus on the clean-up and were well supervised. It was the same for the demolition and installation crews. John, their Foreman of the demolition crew was on top of all aspects of the work, review of it, and management of the crew.
